Meridian is a party, concert and special events venue located on the edge of Houston’s historic warehouse district in East Downtown. Unlike many large entertainment venues, Meridian Houston is independently run and owned. The largest venue of its kind in Downtown Houston, Meridian Houston opened its doors in April 2004. Since then, Meridian Houston has gone from strength to strength, gaining wide acclaim from the city’s biggest media outlets. The Red Room, The Main Room and The VIP Room are the three main spaces inside Meridian Houston.
Meridian Houston's events schedule is constantly abuzz. Rooney, Hawthorne Heights, Owl City, Justin Nozuka and Colbie Caillat are just some of the names featured on the Meridian Houston schedule in the past, with plenty more lined up for the future.
